The iPad app back button literally goes back like its a web page – navigation is off. I’ve pressed “back” too many times thinking and ended up at the sign in screen!

Verifying Serial Numbers – I’ve had numerous issues where I take a picture and the application acts as if I didn’t. On top of that, nothing has been verified yet with no feedback. Turns out, I apparently should have read a blog post they wrote that says don’t take pictures of the boxes; it has to be pictures of the lens/camera. That would probably be a good hint to write on the screen in a “Tips” section on taking photos.
